Swift support for Van der Valk hotel expansion

Van der Valk, the highly successful Dutch hospitality chain, is present at more than 65 locations across the Netherlands and in 15 other countries. As part of its ongoing expansion, the business had been looking to open a new hotel on the A2 highway, but had been unable to find a suitable location, until its attention was drawn to a vacant office block.
 
However, to purchase the property and redevelop it into a 132-room Van der Valk Hotel, the company would have to secure the necessary funding within just four weeks to prevent another party from acquiring the building.
