NIBC helps Hiltermann Lease Groep expand
Nieuws -A EUR 130 million senior credit facility from NIBC will help new client Hiltermann Lease Groep (HLG) to expand in the Dutch car lease market.
NIBC’s Industries & Manufacturing team teamed up with ABN AMRO Bank, ABN AMRO Lease, ING Bank and ING Lease to provide the senior loan.
Founded in 2004, HLG is an independent leasing company that is not linked to any particular brand. It leases private and company cars, commercial vehicles and business items such as cleaning equipment and agricultural machinery through its three specialist subsidiaries – Strix Lease Service, Auto Lease Company and The Lease Factory. With 10,000 lease contracts under management and annual turnover of around EUR 60 million, HLG is already a top 10 player in the Dutch car lease market – a position it is looking to grow with its new financing.
