Multipurpose facility for Karlsberg Holding GmbH
Nieuws -NIBC’ Food Agri & Retail Germany is pleased to announce the successful closing of a multipurpose RC-facility for Karlsberg Holding GmbH. Our trustful long-term relationship made it possible to enter this lucrative bilateral financing. Since 2011, NIBC has been able to position itself as an important partner for the Group’s future. Karlsberg Brauerei’s CEO and shareholder Christian Weber, 5th generation of the Weber family, who gradually takes over the role from his father Dr. Richard Weber and currently represents the family, stated that NIBC is seen by the family and top management as important banking partner for the years to come.
Family-owned Karlsberg Holding GmbH covers the whole value chain of the beer and water/juice production through its main operating entities (incl. Karlsberg Brauerei GmbH, Brasserie Karlsberg Holding S.A. and Mineralbrunnen Überkingen-Teinach AG (Karlsberg Holding GmbH is the majority shareholder)).
