Marnix Krop, former ambassador to Germany, joins NIBC Bank Advisory Board
Persbericht -Marnix Krop has joined the Advisory Board of NIBC Bank. Mr Krop was the Dutch ambassador to Germany from 2009 until his retirement in 2013.
Mr Krop’s experience is highly valuable to NIBC, since the bank regards Germany as its second home market alongside the Netherlands, offering financing, M&A advice and equity solutions to German ‘Mittelstand’ clients. Mr Krop served as ambassador in Warsaw, Poland, from 2006 to 2009. Before that, he held senior positions at the Dutch foreign ministry, including that of Director-General of European Cooperation. He also served as deputy chief of mission with the embassy of the Netherlands in Paris.
NIBC Bank’s Advisory Board consists of former and current top managers, entrepreneurs and policy makers. It advises the bank on strategic and client-related matters.
