Liquidity Facility for ASR Woningfonds
Nieuws -NIBC has arranged a liquidity facility for ASR Vastgoed Vermogensbeheer. This facility, totalling EUR 50 million, enables the Fund to attract facilities when needed. This makes the Fund even more flexible in managing and handling acquisitions of newly built residential properties or in selling assets.
This transaction ties in perfectly with the trend towards an upswing in the commercial real estate market. Compared to last year, we have seen an increase in the availability of liquidity coming from the banking sector as well as from the institutional sector.
