I&M Germany boosts growth of new client Merca Leasing with a 364 days rolling EUR 17.5m facility secured by lease receivables and vehicles. Merca is an independent management owned German midsize lease company founded in 1989 by former senior Commerz- und Industrie-Leasing GmbH employees initially together with the Belgian KBC Group. For 25 years Merca concentrates on core production or construction machines, machine tools, next to trucks for all industrial applications and passenger cars. With headquarter in Kronberg and offices in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Berlin Merca has a portfolio of EUR 210 million and generates EUR 120 million new business.
