Helping PCI Groep grow its digital ambitions

NIBC increased its financing to PCI Groep to help the Dutch office machines supplier grow further in a market that is increasingly digitised. This follows PCI’s acquisition in March of industry peer Dantuma, which broadened its portfolio and gave it a strong foundation to expand in areas such as document management and automation.

PCI now supplies multiple brands of photocopiers, printers and automated document management tools to businesses in the Netherlands, rather than being tied to one brand. It can also help companies better manage their digital documents, for example by scanning an invoice, emailing it to accounts payable and linking it to a digital payment.

Since March, PCI has increased its workforce to 215 people and it now has a larger presence in the Netherlands with the addition of offices in Rotterdam, Zwolle and Haarlem. It also has offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Arnhem.

To help PCI pursue its growth ambitions, NIBC raised its senior secured loan by EUR 10 million to EUR 40 million.
