NIBC M&A advised on sale of Gazelle to Pon

NIBC, together with the financing consortium consisting of Rabobank Nederland and Lloyds TSB Bank, reached an agreement with majority shareholder Gilde Buy Out partners, to sell Koninklijke Gazelle, the leading Dutch Bicycle brand, to Pon, an international trading and service company engaged in a wide range of activities.

NIBC M&A has acted as financial advisor to the vendor in this transaction, which is a result of close cooperation between NIBC M&A, NIBC DA and Coverage.
