Petra van Hoeken appointed as Chief Risk Officer and member of NIBC's Managing Board
The Supervisory Board of NIBC is pleased to announce the appointment of Petra van Hoeken (1961) as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Managing Board of NIBC Holding N.V., NIBC Bank N.V. and NIBC Investment Management N.V. as per 1 January 2012, subject to approval of De Nederlandsche Bank (Dutch Central Bank). Petra van Hoeken will succeed Jan Sijbrand who became Executive Director of the Governing Board of De Nederlandsche Bank on 1 July 2011.

Petra van Hoeken has extensive experience in risk management. Her latest position at RBS was Chief Risk Officer for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa. In this capacity she was responsible for credit risk, market risk, operational risk, regulatory risk and compliance for RBS in this region.
