NIBCapital announces today that Vontobel Holding AG ("Vontobel"), a Zurich-based asset manager, is to acquire the 56% NIBCapital stake in Harcourt Investment Consulting ("Harcourt").

On 14 December 2005, the formal transfer of all NIB Capital N.V. shares by ABP and PGGM to the international group of investors organised by J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC has taken place.

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe (SMBCE, London), NIB Capital Bank N.V. (NIBC, Den Haag) and KfW Bankengruppe (KfW, Frankfurt) will shortly conclude on the synthetic securitisation transaction of a PPP/PFI loan portfolio.

Mandated Lead Arrangers NIB Capital Bank N.V. and ING Real Estate Finance N.V. have arranged a bridge facility exceeding EUR 1.0 billion backing the acquisition of the real estate portfolio of Vendex KBB by a Dutch consortium consisting of, amongst others, Bouwfonds, IEF Capital and PGGM.

NIB Capital Bank N.V. and Petercam N.V. have jointly agreed to wrap up the activities of their joint venture NIBC Petercam Derivatives N.V. (NPD).

The Managing Board and Supervisory Board of NIB Capital N.V. and NIB Capital Bank N.V. announce that Mr. A.L.V. Dijkstra, citing personal reasons, has decided to resign as member of both Managing Boards per 5 November 2005.

As per 1 December 2005 Mr. C. van Dijkhuizen will join NIBCapital as Chief Financial Officer and head of the SBU Corporate Center.

Jan van der Vlist, director Structured Investments will leave PGGM on as per 1 January, 2006.

On 29 September NIBCapital officially opened its new office in Frankfurt.
