In ship finance, we take both an 'asset approach' (based on term employment and liquid assets) or a 'corporate approach' (based on companies with a proven track record and financial substance). Looking at recent developments in shipping and ship finance, the majority of our clients are medium sized entrepreneurial shipping companies. The intermodal activities concentrate on the financing of container boxes.
