NIBC acts as a service provider in social and economic sectors of society. This task is performed by everyone in the organisation. In order for everyone to work together effectively we need certain common understandings. The NIBC Code of Conduct endeavours to allow NIBC to serve the interests of its businesses and its clients, but also the interests of society as a whole.
The whistleblower regulation body was set up to ensure employees have the opportunity to report potential malpractice at the earliest stage and is designed in such a way that genuine employees concerns are handled fairly and are appropriately investigated.
